How are the Shipping costs applied?
They are either based on weight & destination or a flat rate depending on the location they are shipped from. They are calculated automatically as you place items in your shopping cart. The shipping amount will show up once you enter SSL Secure Mode, but you can still go back if you’d like to change or cancel your order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We use Australia Post.
When will my order be shipped to me?
Your order will be shipped within 2-3 days from time of your order.
Any orders made over the weekend will not be processed until the Monday.
If you require urgent shipping please get in touch with us prior to placing your order.

Please check your country’s regulations, as the shipping price does not cover any potential customs charges. When can I expect to receive my order?
Once dispatched these are the recommended times from the postal services used below. Unfortunately from time to time, unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control may cause delays in transit. These events may include, but are not limited to, airline strikes, storms, floods and other severe weather conditions, and peak season delivery demands. These events may delay the delivery of your order and Simply for Flying can not be held accountable for these delays.

What happens if my order gets lost in the mail?
Please contact the carrier that your order was dispatched with and advise them that your order has not yet arrived. You will need to quote your tracking number that was sent to you in your shipping confirmation email. If your carrier is unable to locate your items, please contact us at email@example.com and we will lodge an enquiry for you.
